wii fit: day four
BMI: 27.23
Body Age: 29
Training Time: 50 minutes
I woke up very sore from yesterdays strength training day. It felt sort of good though, like I had definitely accomplished something with all the work I put in yesterday. Now after another aerobic day I feel even more sore, especially in the abdomen region which is one of my target areas. Wii Fit is definitely giving me a good workout. Today I unlocked a bunch more balance games and a few new Yoga poses and strength training exercises. The balance games are pretty silly, I don’t really see all that much point in them, but they are fun to take my mind off all the exercise.
I unlocked the Tae Bo mini-game that I saw other people talk about and it’s just as good as they say. There is something very fun and satisfying about it and I’m looking forward to doing more. The short run kicked my butt again today and now I’ve unlocked the long run so the next aerobic day should be even more intense. And I’m finally feeling like I’m getting the Yoga poses down. My form is improving and I’m starting to understand better how to best execute the forms. Plus my balance seems to be getting more steady and I’m having much less trouble standing on one leg. I finally managed to do the Tree pose on my second try today so that feels like a definite accomplishment.
Tomorrow is another strength training day. I wonder how long I’ll have to do this before I’m not totally sore every day.
